Managing projects and accounts for various industries ranging from oil and gas to education.
Taking care of the client’s needs from inception through to planning, marketing, testing, implementation and execution.
Ensuring all event deliverable timelines are met that may include marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, F&B menu consulting/creation, organizers accommodations and travel; audio visual; ticketing, floorplans & layouts; venue management while keeping in line with HSSE regulations etc

Planned one of the largest concerts held in Qatar - Ed Sheeran X-Tour; as well as various conferences for the Ministries, Royal Family and United Nations; car launches; exhibitions; graduations; live shows. The only event planner who also managed events offsite.
Created and organized social/community events from conceptualization to execution for the QF community - approximately 10, 000 members at the time.
Events, such as the carnivals attracted over 2000 attendees. Trained staff, revamped policies and procedures for the department.
Introduced new service offerings to QF.

Negotiated prices and secured delivery of products. Managed a team of supervisors and sales assistants.
Successfully managed multiple entertainment venues that hosted international cultural entertainment - viewed by 11, 000 athlete residents. Provided on-site management for various entertainment acts including musical and performing arts groups, support staff, and technicians
Designed the layout and set up the Al - Najoom Night Club. Increased daily utilization of the night club by 130%.

Worked part-time as a Telemarketing Agent for the Privilege Club at the Intercontinental Hotel Doha
Front Office service that included cashiering, check ins/outs, making travel arrangements, telephone operating and ensuring our guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel
Corresponded with clients/guests, allotting/reserving rooms and recording relevant guest information
Created an electronic visa database for the hotel which was in use for number years
I was awarded a scholarship for a period of my study at the university based on my academic excellence. Over the years I have represented my University in the GCC Business Case Competition. I have also organised, hosted and participated in many formal and social events at CHN University, like Open Day and musical events to name a few. I have achieved a Grade ‘A’ on my Graduation Dissertation.
