• Responsible for Monitoring and maintaining current inventory level within the budget set by the business.
• Forecasting the stock requirement at the stores as per the stock movement and volume of sales, to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory transactions are recorded in a different system module (Stores Inventory system &Financial).
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as neededImport and local purchase order.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)
• Review of Supplier Invoices, Invoicing, and price verification.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure it is cost effective, with quality standards and line with the company given budget.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Monitor transactions daily, investigating discrepancies and confirming with storekeeper and logs are raised. Also reviewing the status of logs to ensure accurate resolution.
• Manages all stock movements in and out and maintain complete log of all stock movement to ensure stocks are tallied with the transfer documents.
• Ensure that consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, correctly stored, and issued to the various department.
• Monitoring of Stock transfers, discrepancies, wastage, and shrinkage of the store.
• To provide quarterly MIS report on ageing stock for slow moving lines and very low in demand for discontinuing or listing alternative articles.
• To provide weekly & Monthly MIS on stock positions, Stock Coverage, and pipeline stock to management for timely actions.
• To provide weekly Monthly MIS on Near expiry stock to respective department for timely actions.
• Responsible for Quarterly & yearly inventory countto have a better control the shrinkage set by business.
• Closing of Store P&L, monthly and yearly.
• Overseeing new store openings, and contest planning and administration.
• Setting monthly Targets and Budget for the Departments.
• Form 2 (Debit/Credit) Authorization and Monitoring Stores Bank Deposits.
• Co-ordination with External Stock Auditors during annual stock audit.
• Understanding the customer Profile and ensuring the feedback is provided to marketing, Buying, and planning departments.
• Monitor Employee attendance, tardiness and dress code policy compliance on daily basis and report to HR Department.
• Entire stores staffs Salary & over time controlling & Monitoring.Staffs Annual Leave organizing.
• Ensure the organization’s internal and external contract documents i.e., pest control, firefighting, waste, water management, security is managed, monitored, and renewed on a timely manner.
