• Create, develop, and implement WBS suitable to the project BOQ, drawings, DOWR and Milestone along with Operations Manager.
• Preparation of Level 3 / Level 4 schedule and periodic updating (weekly and monthly) of the same.
• Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled by working closely with the Engineering, Procurement, Factory, and project team.
• Detailed tracking & monitoring of procurement, factory and site team using customized tracking system and conducting periodic meetings.
• Close monitoring of timely release of production drawing, procurement of materials, fabrication, and delivery to site.
• Review subcontractors planning and actual work progress.
• Pivotal in project scheduling, progress planning and tracking of project in MS Project 2016
• Study, review of drawings / details and clarification of the technical queries from site team.

• Identifying activities impacting the schedule’s critical path and facilitating the identification of rectification measures.
• Assist in preparation of delay analysis and EOT claims.
• Provide the actual/ look ahead project progress to management.
• Log project timelines and maintain database of tasks and its status.

• Establish, monitor, and maintain overall project plan, including critical path and resolution of incompatibilities.

• Preparation of procurement plan for individual materials.
• Interact with the shop floor personnel and solving all the technical issues related to manufacture the parts.
• Continuous follow-up with the Vendors and Production Department, clarifying their doubts in coordination with Engineering Department.
• Monitoring and recording of operation progress.
• Highlighting Quality issues and any design changes if any.
