i work in the Accident and Emergency department, my job role is to examine all patients with acute and critical illness and manage accordingly
i am actually working there as a general practitioner in the accident and emergency clinic until this day, my job description is to see cold cases and manage them as an out patient, i worked part time in the period from the first of February 2015 till July 2015 because i was working full time job in an Insurance company.
i worked for a 5 months period to fulfill my curiosity regarding medical insurance field, i worked in the ICC department mainly coding but i also had the chance to practice and work for the other departments.
i worked as a medical officer in Internal medicine department for an Year under the care of consultant Azmi Elsheikh who is ICU and chest physician. my job description involved direct contact with patients regarding their treatment plans from their admissions till discharge.
my first work experience was 6 months after graduation as a house officer for an year of training in all the 4 major specialties which are Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Surgery spent 3 months in each department respectively. my job description was mainly training, gaining medical skills and building up my confidence in patience's treatment plans.
i studied 5 years of medicine with a GPA of 3.45 out of 5 in the first 2 years and good grades ranging from A to B in the final year and graduating with M.B.B.S degree.
