• Preparation of architectural designs and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepared technical drawings based on specifications and project estimate; recommending appropriate materials to be used.
• Created technical drawings from the designs of architects and engineers.
• Assisting in producing project reports for issues to clients on a weekly and monthly basis, as required, to report on project progress and performance
• Visiting sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
• Supervising Drawings from junior Draftsman.

• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Collaboration with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets

• Meet with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas.
• Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices.
• Accommodate safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawings.
