•Schedule & arrange meetings and all “CEO” office activities.
•Follow up “CEO” mail and determine levels of priority.

Responsible for all admin. aspects in the company as well as responsibility of furnishing the Company Sites at South Beach and El Sokhna .
"Projects Coordinator"
Manage and handle all routine and non-routine questions.
•Handle suppliers’ inquiries that come directly to the “CEO” office, as well as analyzing problems and suggesting solutions.
•Work independently and with Senior Management Team on ongoing projects, act as project manager for special projects upon the request of the “CEO”.
•Maintaining personal and professional “CEO” Calendar.
•Handle Travel schedules and reservation as requested.
•Follow up supervisors and coordinate work between various departments to ensure timely effective work flow.
•Create and develop visual presentations for the “CEO” and prepare confidential reports.
•Follow up maintenance of the office and Purchasing requirements.
•Assists “CEO” with personal issues such as bank transfers, paying invoices, bookings for vacations, etc…
•Handling Office Petty Cash.
