• Provide customers with Medico- aesthetic consultations in an effective, excellent and knowledgeable manner.
• Handling the growth and development of the Surgery Department; conducting initial consultations with clients, prior meeting the visiting plastic surgeons, advising them on matters related to the procedure desired, securing down/full payments and following up thoroughly until their discharge.
• Supervise, train and direct new employees, branch managers, branch coordinators and nurses, with a view to enhancing their sales and customer service skills.

• Manage employee shifts and schedules and replace practitioners in case of absence or emergencies.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly targets as set from time to time; provide regular updates on centre revenue (on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, or as may otherwise be required).
• Ensure the uniform application of policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure the growth of the Centre and the commitment of employees to its success.
