• Managing and following up on the daily implementation, operations, events and activities for the Kindergarten and the Pre-School.
• Managing and leading the (Kindergarten and the Pre-School) team -30 teachers plus five admins- and providing professional & technical support.
• Planning and strategizing for the Kindergarten and the Pre-School Programs.
• Prepare all the progress reports about the Kindergarten and the Pre-School.
• Participating in the weekly management meeting for Terrasanta College.
• Analyzing and presenting the Kindergarten and the Pre-School data internally and externally.
• Mentoring, training and peer coaching for the new employees within the Kindergarten and the Pre-School.
