• Manage and coordinate the overall BIM Implementation within the Building Discipline team and support the multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Control the BIM process throughout the project's design phase including CDE management.
• Leading BIM team working alongside as a team player and responsible to facilitate a multi-disciplinary BIM and handled high profile projects in REVIT / ACC(BIM 360) Docs inclusive of Architecture & Structure.
• Review project models and improve project templates and play Key role to the internal BIM Committee for generating BIM Content/Library, creating & mainting BIM templates and upgrading of BIM Standards.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with management and project delivery team design changes and model changes and ensured project compliance with the project standards.
• Monitor and coordinate the development of post-contract BIM Execution Plan.
• Level of detail (LOD) and asset information Model requirements
• Manage BIM Process throughout the design phase of the project including management of CDE, MIDP, TIDP, Data Drops, Model health checking of PIM, and be in charge of Design Issues.
• Prepare weekly reports for Sr. Managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation.
• Independently collaborates with engineers in the development of the proposed designs.
