 Responsible for classifications and handling all CV’s for hiring process.
 Eye screen the CVs and matching it with the required criteria.
 Conducting phone interviews, Scheduling Interviews and Conducting Face to Face Interviews
 Create shortlisted candidates.
 Following up on technical interviews.
 Offering advice to candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
 Issue Job offer for appointed candidates.
 Salary & Benefits Negotiation.
 Conducting Exit Interviews.
 Head hunting potential calibers.
 Develop a pipeline of passive qualified candidate and maintain relationships in advance of needs
 Maintain database of agreed recruitment agencies & liaise with third party vendors
 Assist in the analysis and reporting functions of all recruitment efforts, statistics, measures and outcomes.
 Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
 Acts as a point of contact for managers on any recruitment matters for Operations team.
