Technical Division
This is a senior position in the company from which Quality manager, Maintenance Manager all Factory managers of each processing units including Production managers & Executives are directly supervised and managed in the organization
Following divisions are directly managed by covering a wider scope of activities, Quality management division, Stock control division, Procurement unit, Engineering & maintenance division and ICT division.
Introduced in house development of an ERP system and successfully launched, Export sales, Production control, Cost Control, Inventory control, Payroll modules.
Many process re-engineering projects, capacity expansion projects were successfully implemented to improve the Accessibility, Loading, Unloading & Storage facility at processing units to stream line the production facilities.
Hundred and more systems and procedures has been implemented for stream lining the production communication process within the organization to achieve synchronized production scheduling system to meet export dispatch schedule of Green Tea, Black Tea, Spices, Herbs, Traditional Rice and Coconut products.

Stock Control
• Introduced and Implemented Stock control system for Raw Material Storage, Packing Material Storage, Finished Goods Storage and WIP storage
• Design, printed and implemented Stranded Printed Stores documents such as implanted Good Issue Note GIN, Material Requisition Note MRN, Material Return Note MRN, Material Return Note.MRN and Stock Lodgers for all above stock movements.

Quality Management
• Foundation was laid for a Quality Management System, by appointing the HACCP team and developed SOP GLP & GMP and .HACCP manuals to certify the food safety system.
• Introduced and trained employees of processing units to use Internal shoos, Over Coats, Head Covers and Mask to improve the hygiene.
• Implemented a QC Laboratory by completing the civil construction and equipping the laboratory and by recruiting staff.
