• Served as a Project Lead for a USD 600+ million Integration Management Office (IMO) at a CDPQ sponsored infrastructure company,
overseeing the integration of five BOT road assets. Responsible for liaising with CXO-level executives and supporting MDs office in InvIT
and Board meetings ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration.
• Supported in the IPO (RHP) filing process for a global premium co-working space company, with a primary focus on IFRS 16 and preparation
of a lease working templates.

• Investigated into contractor payroll costs and vehicle rental expenses at oil fields, discovering significant idle time for vehicles and
substantial excess payroll expenses, subsequently improving the cost-saving measures.
• Implemented an optimized SAP coding across the North Directorate to improve accounting accuracy and enable detailed cost center
tracking at the station level and led training sessions for 150+ employees across five oil fields as the OpEx Lead to ensure effective adoption.
• Calculated quarterly OpEx variances in collaboration with departmental teams and streamlined reporting and MIS formats using Power BI
and PowerPoint, resulting in improved forecast accuracy and clearer insights for non-finance stakeholders
