 Corporate Banking - Part of team that finalized and oversees the implementation of the new structure envisioned for the Bank's Corporate Banking Division. Prepared Business development strategy and content for existing and new clients in alignment with the Bank’s new focus on Relationship Banking for large Indian Corporate Groups.
 Digitization - Identified Global Best Practices in Digitization and prepared a board note for overhaul of Bank’s Digitization strategy. Got Board’s approval for proposed Digital Transformation. Prepared road map for fulfillment of end objectives and was involved in preparation of RFP scope and evaluation criteria for selection of partners/ vendors.
 Identified as “Key Management Personnel” and entrusted with the revamping of Bank’s Quarterly Analyst Presentations

 Successfully appraised several project funding “Agreement in principle” notes for real estate, hospitality and steel sector with an expected income potential of INR 50 million in FY 2016
 Successful appraisal of a structured proposal for Working Capital to a power transmission towers manufacturer for facilities to the tune of INR 1740 million
 Risk assessment for companies in two dimensional Basel - III compliant model.
 Coordinated with Treasury & Bonds validation teams for conversion of INR loans to USD loans.
