1. The main point of contact within the MENA & SA region as a coordinator to standardize communication with a focus on social media.
2. Managing the production of local marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and customer giveaways
3. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
4. Coordinate with the respective stakeholders towards the development of the Hellmann intranet, local magazines & Hellmann internal regular release magazine
5. Content curation and social media management.
6. Event Management and organization and support on target events/forums relevant to the company's brand image.
7. Liaising with designers and printers.
9. Working in conjunction with global marketing initiatives
10. Data Analytics, provide metrics and lead status reports to senior management.
11. Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to drive visibility of our brand towards our customers and potential customers.
12. Assist in communication strategies or messages from senior leadership
13. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website (on the possible extent by provided global standards, on a local level)
In addition to the responsibilities carried over from my internship, I broadly look after the Customs Automation Tool from a sales and marketing perspective.
It's an OCR/ICR in-house tool which scans data and converts them into editable, ready-to-us form.
At the moment, the tool is being extensively used for provide various outputs such as:
Dubai Trade shipment clearance file, ASN (Advance Shipment Notification), Invoice-PO Comparison File, Invoice-Packing List Project to name a few.
My primary responsibilities are:
1. IT intermediary for the in-house Customs Automation Tool
2. Be able to position the tool as a Hellmann brand who's flagship use is to aid in fast and efficient
shipment clearance.
3. Independently workout innovative ways to create awareness about the tool.
3. Client Relation Management
4. Assisting the IT Manager (ME Region) in other business projects.
5. IT Author for Hellmann Intranet, Middle East
6. Taking care of the department’s technical documentation.
7. Creating infographics, screencasts and others for internal circulation to project technical
and/or business related info in a way to attract maximum user interest along with maintaining
its ethic and relevance.
8. Create workarounds for current client’s issues by expanding existing project scope to various
other horizons.
9. Work with our international offices to seek how the tool can help streamline any data related
processes at their end.
1) Reach out to numerable clients via email and phone to introduce the organization's in-house Automation Tool. 2) Assist the IT Middle East Manager on sales meetings for training. 3) Prepare business presentations
