DCS (Debt Capital Struture Team)
• Worked closely with multiple global teams /external parties, stakeholders and across various functions for data acquisitions, management, processing, and its governance related to Fund Products.
• Managed and developed a team of 10+ data research analysts by providing clear direction, establishing OKRs, and optimizing resource allocation. Tracks, measures, and reports on daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to all global stakeholders.
• Partner & Liaison with technology, and Quality team, and other stakeholders for enhancement, project review, gathering and submitting requirements into L2 Client tickets.
• Served as a Process Methodology expert for the Global Market and demonstrated excellent judgment in selecting methods for deviation and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Assisted in promoting LEAN Six Sigma tools and methodologies as a framework for assessing the root cause of issues and improving processes through a Quality check, SQL check, automation.
• Aligning goals and priorities for the team in consultation with the Process Stakeholders, encouraging the team members and rewarding the talent.

DCS (Debt Capital Structure Team)
• Collecting all key inputs that pertain to a companys borrowing for Global market companies as per the predefined collection policies to arrive at an accurate weighted average cost of capital.
• Being one of the initial team members, of the process built up have discovered and raised issues (including system, collection methodology) and proposed suggestion to further enhance system functionality, process efficiency and data quality.
• Drive discussions with Cross location teams and Methodology team to support the enhance Methodology.
• Actively performed testing of the enhancements and found out bugs timely and effectively.
