• HSE Management policy, plan, and procedure are established, implemented effectively, and are suitable for their purpose and use for which they are intended
• Liaison with local authorities, client and consultant regarding HSE matters
• Ensure that safety induction of all employees and undertake regular Tool Box Talk meeting
• Conduct daily HSE Inspection to identifying site hazards, evaluation of risk for all activities and, develop the tools to manage and reduce theses risk and hazards

• Follow up on key HSEQ KPI’s compliance for various project every month
• Conduct internal QHSE audit in the site according to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2018 standards and represent external body audit, follow up on NCR raised if any
• Monitor the construction work activities and make sure that these are executed as per company policy, HSE plan and procedure, local legal legislation and International standard

• Preparation and review of the Plans, Risk Assessments, MS, HSE Procedures and Training plans
• Evaluate the adequate functioning of the HSE management system and improve it including HSE training, audit, inspection, PTW, equipment inspection, emergency drill
• Prepare the HSE inspection and audit reports and communicated to concerned departments
• Provide advice and support to the employees and management on the process and procedure required to deliver HSE objectives, Targets and any HSE issues which arise
• Participates in and chair the necessary site daily, weekly production meetings: HSE department meetings, HSE meeting with subcontractor and HSE management meeting
• Investigate the cause of accident, incident and near miss, establish preventive countermeasure and report the result to management within specific time frame
• Support in the day-to-day management of all HSE programs, trainings, permitting, and equipment inspection in collaboration with the construction team
• Organize emergency evacuation drills to evaluate the current emergency preparedness and response
Formulation of HSE plans, Health & Safety Risk Register/Environment Aspects & Impact Register and other HSE procedures complying with corporate HSE policy/objectives, Client requirements, OHSAS18001 and local regulations/international regulations.
Intimation to management regarding any changes on legal requirements for project.
Leading/co-ordinate with team of HSE inspectors comprises of sub-contractors towards managing Health& Safety on projects.
Review of Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method of Statements and Safety Procedures are complying Client requirements, OHSAS18001 and local/international regulations.
Auditing of projects according to OHSAS 18001:2007 Standards and other requirements prescribed by client/owner. Issuing non- conformity reports based upon Audit and follow up towards its execution.
Evaluate accident/incident/near miss rates, investigation of first aid cases, evaluation of environmental incidents and trainings delivered for employees, towards assessing project HSE performance.
Conduct Project Safety Committee Meeting to evaluate the safety situations at site and preparation/transmission of Minutes of meeting.
Investigate all incidents and accidents to find the root cause and maintain orderly files of safety reports, correspondence and documents in accordance with project management system.
Conducting Emergency Evacuation Drills at project and formulation/issuing reports on said drills to project management.
Monitor and prevent potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training; maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentations, investigations, on incidents, accidents, injuries, unsafe actions and conditions. Interface with facilities management and making recommendations on issues related to safety.
Prepare suitable subject for periodic Tool Box training and ensure the quality of meeting.
Ensure the periodic inspections for construction tools, power tools and other equipments are following effectively by the concerned persons.
Maintain a safe control on Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) items at the workplace.
Ensure positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standard and complied with continual improvements.
Inspection of permit to work system along with attached documents prior to start work and witnessing, training and monitoring tool box talk.
Reviewed and approved project HSE Plans, JSA, RA from Contractor, thereby
ensuring safety in the workplace at government level
Developed program and processes for safety in the workplace including planning, training and conducting seminars for resources
Implemented safety policies and procedures; inspected site facilities, investigated non-compliances, incidents & accidents and ensured compliance with safety legislations
Investigated all accidents & incidents and compiled recommendations & corrective actions; initiated systems to monitor EHS performance
Implemented, periodical HSE Inspection, EHS Audit Program to exceed compliance requirements; submitted reports of evaluated assessments with recommended changes to HSE MS policies
