Accountabilities:
Plan, Manage & execute the daily Warehouse operations in multiple locations.
Export & Import -GCC countries, Shipment documentation & Process
People Management: Managing over 80 + employees
Monitor & control receipt from production, Storage, Order processing, Pick & Pack, QC & Delivery.
GPS & Transport/Fleet Management
Inventory management/Stocktaking/Cycle count.
Set and monitor KPIs for staffs -Productivity, SOP revision, Training & staff appraisal.
Client meetings, Problem solving, Storage, space & manpower planning and execution.
Strict adherence of staffs to QHSC- Quality and safety standards at warehouse.
MIS reports to the Management, responsible for the Profit & Loss Account of Warehouse.

Reporting to: Senior Operation Manager
People Management: Managing over 30 + employees including 5 Direct reports
· Plan and Manage the operations of 30, 000 Sq. Meters warehouse distribution center with more than 15000 SKUs to cater to the requirements of various clients
· Manpower management for optimum utilization- Train, Motivate, coach & conduct appraisal
· New Warehouse WMS Implementation/Process improvement/Warehouse design activities
· Ensuring policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards & requirements in the distribution center are complied with. Follow and maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO, QMS, EMS, and Work Safety standards, Housekeeping standards
· Adhere to process improvement & cost effective practices (Six Sigma & Lean/TPM) and Kaizen encouraged in the department.
· VSM: Identify non-value adding activities (MUDA) in each process, Apply ECRS principle to improve the effectiveness of processes
· Ensure the actual inventory reliability of the warehouse in respect of the FIFO/FEFO
· Monitor & control OTIF for all customers and continuous improvement
· Monitor & control Inventory Ageing/Slow moving/nonmoving - Drive the local team for fast liquidation / rotation of aged & nonmoving stocks.
· Monitoring and controlling transport expenses and own truck utilization and maintain
ing routes effectively according to itenery
· Monitor & Control Inventory transactions, Managing warehouse operations, Ensure team strictly to follow standards-SLA, SOP & QHSC policies. Measurements for all warehousing activities including Pick & Pack, Receiving & Put away by using RF scanners, Ensure On time delivery, Dispatch, Inventory accuracy, Space allocation, documentation & Filing, Generating various reports by using ERP WMS system
· Maintain individual staff performance in line with the organizational and departmental goals and objectives and conduct periodic appraisal.
· Budgeting & cost control, Productivity monitoring and continuous improvement
· Ensure all relevant Export documents are prepared on time and materials available well in advance.
· Set and monitor KPIs for staffs - Inventory Quality Ratio, Stock Turn, Obsolescence, Stock Ageing, Order Fill Rate, Inventory Record Accuracy, and Pick & Ship Accuracy, Inventory Shrinkage etc
· New Warehouse design & layout and process implementation
· Inventory management/Stocktaking/Cycle count
· Conducting Monthly Business Review with customer ( MBR with power point slides presentation)
· Co-ordinate with internal customs department to ensure custom clearance procedures are compiled and legal requirements are met.
· Monitoring monthly billing to Customer, Documentation, Invoice, PL, etc.
· Ensure that MHE (Conveyors, VNA, Reach Truck, FL, OPR etc..)Equipment is operated effectively and that any breakdowns are report within 2 hrs.

Duties and responsibilities
• Monitoring and controlling the Warehouse, Distribution & Logistics activities. (Raw Material & Finished goods Receipt, Replenishment, Ensure safety stock and Re order level - Min & Max, Issuing to production, Retrieval, Dispatch and Invoice, Cycle Count, and timely delivery of goods, document recording and data entry into system by using Oracle ERP software.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, Track Inventory Ageing, inventory flow & Rotation
• Plan & Execute on time delivery of goods and to meet customer expectation level
• Effective supervision of the movement of goods through an efficient inventory control and
logistics management process.
• Ensure outbound as per the delivery plan and issue of materials to production
/Replenishment as per production plan
• Planning and organizing export deliveries and ensure all relevant export documents are
Prepared and materials available well in advance.
• Ensure that demurrage and detention charge due to warehouse concern is zero.
• Be the interface between purchasing, production, supplier & customer.
• Planning and allocating the space for incoming shipment and scheduling well in advance.
• Ensure appropriate Pallets & Cages are accounted for and make sure that they are re
turned to the warehouse. Monitor pallet damages and the same have to be rectified
• Strict adherence to QHSC policies and standard warehousing procedure.
• Staff appraisal, Motivation, Training, Monitoring and record KPI for self and for staffs
• Monitor & Ensure SOP and SLA were followed
• Maintain inventory control through Oracle ERP and ensure that material control procedures are in place to minimize wastage of raw materials and consumable. Ensure all the movements are being tracked in the ERP system
Position Held: Logistics Executive
• Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics & Warehouse operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed as required and that all relevant documentation is received and processed as required. Provide advice and/or solutions concerning to logistics/ Warehouse issues, Inventory discrepancies, document irregularities, and other relevant is-sues/concerns
• Handle and follow up customer’s orders, inquiries, shipment follow up and delivery monitoring
• Preparing reports such as; Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports for the client
• Ensure all shipments deliver as per the customer requirement and within agreed delivery lead time
• Responsible for monthly billing and also weekly stock report for the customer
• Ensure that expected productivity standards are met and maintained within the
agreed KPI’s.
• Liaising with Customers, Dealers, Distributors and Military & Navy CSD units
• Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders
• Maintain records of inventory
• Develop good relationship with customer to ensure high customer service level is main-tained at all times.
