1. Instrument Calibration (Pressure gauges, Temperature sensors, Transmitters, Control valves using HART 375 & 475
2. Carried out Functional testing of ON-OFF valves, Motor operated valves, Smoke Detectors and Fire alarms.
3. Loop checking of certain field instruments (HART 375).
4. Assisted in Obtaining Permits to work systems (Cold and Hot work Permit).
5. Carried out Meggering and conductivity test for cables.
6. Assisted QC in conducting Inspections, Raising Request For Inspection, Punch Marking Reviewing and clearing of Punch, Preparing Loop Folders, Conducting material survey.
7. Assisted with client officials in control room while loop checking, and monitored the Controller and Scada status.
8. Supervised cable Pulling, Cable termination and Meggering of cables.
9. Supervised Installation of certain Instruments and its terminal connection and tubing.
