Liaison with business development teams to identify potential transactions opportunities
Developing strategy for portfolio rationalization of assets for the clients generating potential M&A transactions opportunity
Coordinate with senior management on client requirements and respond on the queries raised
Undertake research based assignments including corporate/sector profile, business development products, meeting decks, origination products, opportunity papers, proposal support, credentials etc
Maintaining team metrices which includes, daily utilizations, budgeted and target work hours, training needs and client feedbacks
Managing a team of 20 members for their daily project support and allocation, ensuring deliverables while developing individual growth, conflict resolutions, goal settings and appraisals
Identifying Oil and Gas M&A opportunities (upstream focus) and prepare pitch presentation
Developing strategy for portfolio rationalization of assets for the clients
Coordinate with senior management on client requirements and respond on the queries raised
Undertake research based assignments including corporate/country profile for the management and maintain data sets on assets, price, infrastructure and economic/political drivers.
Active research and financial analysis (DCF Valuation, Peer analysis, Valuation based on multiples) for the companies in oil and gas sector including financial forecasts, scenarios and risk analysis
Managing activities pertaining to financial modelling and conducting pricing analysis/forecasting for industrial/commercial/domestic customers for Natural Gas.
New Industrial customer contract signing for off taking of natural gas
Documenting processes blueprints ensuring quality checks
Preparing yearly business planning and methodology to properly implement the same.
Handling preparation of MIS reports for management’s reference.
