Specific responsibilities include:
• Work on automating of work orders using COTS CMMS system that allowed customers and internal users to send issues related to facilities that are assigned, scheduled, resolved and archived.
Define daily, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics based on industry standards and available data.
• Elicit SMART functional, data and non-functional requirements via document analysis from previous phase, interviews and requirements workshops with myFM leads.
• Translate and verify business needs to high-level requirements (Epics / feature sets) based on input from previous phase prior to getting approval sign-off by stakeholders
• Define improvements to business processes, assist decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions and design user interfaces.
• Define set of requirements as a standalone document to outline what must be done by the organization to move to new CMMS and then prepare the user stories in a just in time approach for an agile team.
• Work closely with VAR/Vendor, IT and QA teams to ensure full understanding of the requirements and their business context.
• Write test case scenarios of assigned processes for QA team and provide BA support to Development and QA teams during build and test cycles.
