Job Description/Responsibilities

o Coordination with Client and can provide leadership to workers, co-ordination to all discipline at all level and decision-making capability.
o Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors
o Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant site facilities in order meet agreed deadline.
o Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

o Arranging meetings with client and Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
o Knowledging the site work execution and implementation as per the approved drawings, specifications and procedures.
o Cable Trench & Cable Tray route marking/excavation.
o Update the drawing as per the comment received from consultants.
o Knowledge about the Instruments like Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter and control valves.
o In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials/tools required. o Actively involved in the day to day activities related to the field. o Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
o Floating enquiries to supplier and Manufacture.
o AssistingthePreparationofRunningAccountbills.
o Keep the record of consumable materials at every installation work.
o Ensure Quality and safety in work execution following the PTW and ensure site personnel working are taking safety Measurement at site
o ProvideenoughfeedbacktoProjectmanageronthedaytodayqualityissues.
