• Development and expansion of the distribution & project channels for OSRAM lamps & LEDVANCE luminaires within the assigned territories and establishment of these channels in new markets.

• Device shipping plan for goods and cargo that has to be delivered to consignees.
• Address to China office the new enquiries that we receive from Sales Team. Follow up for prices and freights, and update sales.
• Issuing Sales Orders upon order confirmation by using company ERP and updating progress of the same.
• Preparing documentation details for cargo loaded on vessel once vessel is set to sail.
• Sending Shipping Advices to customer with the vessel details, quantity shipped, and insurance details.
• Follow up with the agents at various destinations for ETA of vessels.
• Sending copy documents to customers once ready and updating them with details of dispatch once original documents are sent to them.
• Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
