 Perform daily cash management functions such as balance reporting, funds transfers, wire transfer payments.
 Treasury management from Dubai HQ for Branches located in USA, Europe, Africa & India
 Manage Trade finance transaction including order release as per agreement of Gas oil, Bitumen, Jet Oil and Base Oil in UAE market
 Ensure timely renewal of facilities and provide prompt answers/feedback to financial institution’s queries.
 Complete AP monitoring forecast & release schedule of Organization in timely and priority basis.
 Bank Guarantee monitoring and prefunding account as per Cash flow / forecast.
 Execute daily electronic funds transfers. Initiate required wire and ACH activity into bank online platform.
 FX Deal Fixture on Spot as per trade requirement or by negotiating with bank for better rate with locked Treasury Deal.
 Manage opening and closing of bank accounts, update and maintain bank account details, authorization, and user entitlements.
 Prepare short-term, medium-term consolidated net cash flow forecasts with focus on upcoming financing needs.
 Assists Finance Manager / CFO with managing banking and lending relationships. Assist in the maintenance of the company’s bank accounts. Support opening, closing and signor changes on bank accounts.
 Administration of bank account management for 20Plus accounts in Domestic & International.
 Reconcile transactions & Bank to provide operational support to the Treasury department.
 Complete KYC process and coordinate L/C negotiation/discounting with existing banks in and expand the panel of global banks to handle these transactions.
 Shipping Demurrage / Deviation and other Cost calculation.
 Staff Expenses & EOS settlement for Employee & Monthly Payroll Funds allocation as per requirement.

 Shift Supervisor In charge of 8 Driver for Transportation.
 Preparation of Account statement and invoice for the projects as per agreed Terms & Conditions.
 Monitor and report on open accounts receivables and accrued revenue and the timeliness of the billings by working with internal company accountants
 Inventory Management.
 Prepare and review daily cash flow forecasts
 Dispatch Driver on location basis to maximize the Efficiency.
 Monthly Consolidation of Orders processed by the company.
 Monthly check on Vehicle condition & clearing outstanding bill for Vehicle maintenance

 Project Accounting
 Analyze business operations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
 Work directly for Client Success Team
 Tracks actual receipts and disbursements against forecasts for the purpose of variance reporting to management
 Payroll Accounting

 Credit control & Release of order as per Dell Financial Services Operations rules.
 Credit track record check & allotment of Product for Leasing Customers.
 Reports for LE (Large Enterprise), SMB (Small & Medium Business) & CSMB (Consumer’s)
 Preparation of accounting records, financial statements, and financial reports.
 Resolve dispute for the return or replacement goods
 Preparation of sales report on monthly basis.
