Overall responsibility of handling shipment in and out of Uttarakhand.
Coordinate with client for the new shipment and help them prepare the Import/Export documents required in custom for the process.
Managed the Logistics Operations team.
Monitor shipments up to delivery and update the Client Service department and Seniors.
Ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation.
Also, responsible for preparing and submitting monthly finance (Courier/Custom Clearance Agent/Road Transport Bills) & operations reports (Inwards & Outwards Shipment with Pickup/Flight/Delivery Details).
Support to Client Service department in New Project or New Client setup and support for costing/quotation.
Staff training, mentoring and coaching.
Planning and executing shipments, including those that require specific time and temperature management.
Maintain Cold Room and equipment in desired temperature for cold chain Packaging
Packaging inventory management
Ensure compliance to airline safety, customs, and legal regulations
Builds and maintains relationships to contractors / transporters (airlines, handling agents, the Rail, customs, government agencies, veterinarians, suppliers, etc)
Supervisory role to provide guidance/ training to junior colleagues.
Generating and submission of weekly and monthly operations reports to regional head.
Lending support to business development team in providing customized logistics solutions to client in terms of temperature control packaging, route planning, costings etc.
Providing Operation support to regional representative offices.
Taking food orders from customers
Handling cash register
Food preparation as per SOP
Order and dispatch Management
Inventory Management.
Generating and submission of weekly and monthly warehouse stock reports.
