• Responsible for installing and managing (UNIX/Windows) applications..
• Responsible for monitoring the status of the Desktops
• Troubleshooting the Hardware/Software related problems.
• Performs user account creation, deletion Verifying server logs.
• Responsible for Installing, configuring and maintaining Outlook.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting Desktop related problems.
• Configuring Outlook, Windows Live Mail and troubleshooting related issues.
• Managing the whole LAN connected Networks.
• Solve the problems in Internet connectivity.
• Maintained necessary back-up of the different user accounts.
• Assigning IP numbers to each Systems.
• Firewall and Antivirus Security.
• Assembing Systems
• Replacing malfunctioned parts.
