Engineer-Technical Record (Aviation). Working with SGS Global Aerospace Division Spain for providing support to CAMEO/Airworthiness Team.
•Key Deliverables:
•Provides Technical support for Aircrafts Induction/Leasing/Re-delivery and Airworthiness Review.
•Review for completeness of all maintenance and operational documentation (including maintenance checks, work orders, Lease Summary review, Technical Log Book…).
•Compilation / amendment of aircraft configuration control documents and status: a) AD/SB/EO/HT/OCCM Compliance file and component certificates. b) Back to birth file for Engine, APU, Landing gear LLP's, LRUs QECs. c) Engine & APU induction post shop visit, work package management, preparation of various status like Powerplant Status, PMTS, Oil Consumption Report, Conditional monitoring, and action. d) Aircraft Inspection Report components file, HTC file, Structure file e) original documents folder (Delivery doc's). Maintenance summary status reports, Last done next due (LDND) tasks as per approved AMP.
•Address quality finding on Technical records and launch necessary actions towards the discrepancies by lessor in Open Item List coordination with MRO / CAMO, Lufthansa Scamt team & Airbus World to align documentation.
•Execution of actions in AMOS like statuses extraction, part moment tracking, Aircraft/Engine Utilization, View edit modifications of records, maintenance forecast etc.
Worked as a Senior Technical Record Engineer.

My role is about to provide technical support as in Build and Audit of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletin (Airframe/Engine/APU/Operator MODs) and Supplementary Types of Certificate (STCs), Structural & Repair Assessment of aircraft, OCCM, compliance records against requirements of AD, SBs & Repair status, Component listing provided by the client Qantas, Qantas Link, Northrop Grumman, Brussels Airline, Cathey Pacific, Jet star, Jet star Asia and group airlines ensure compliance with contractual return conditions.
Joined as Intern in September 2016 to March 2017 then promoted as Junior Aircraft Maintenance Technician where caring Hands-on experience as on Boeing 737-700/800/900ER family and Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
• Aircraft service check & overhauling, major and minor snag rectification.
• Transit Inspection for arrival & departure of flight. AMOS updating etc.
• Weekly and monthly service check, daily transit check.
• Part remove / installation like wheel change, Heat exchanger replacement, greasing etc.
• Calculation of aircraft fly hours, engine and APU oil consumption, Engine and APU BITE .
• Aircraft emergency equipment check, APU start/off etc.
