As project coordinator I have given task to:
1.Document the referral mechanisms during the COVID-19 crisis and the impact of the pandemic on legal referral mechanisms
2. Document how referral system adopted to or failed to adopt to the ECQ period and the new normal to respond to cases of GBV
3. Document key challenges posed in responding to GBV during ECQ and new normal at the Barangay Level, the Women’s Desk Level, Prosecution Level and also from the perspectives of community women and women’s organizations
4. Coordinate with the Inter-Agency Council of GBV
5. Interview the community women of Haven for Women in Dagupan and the Women Fisher Folks in the province.
6. Transcribe the responses of the respondents
7. Draft and prepare reports on the conducted research activity with regards to Gender-Based Violence and the status of women fisher folks of the province
Meanwhile, as an intern I mainly focused on the procurement department but not limitted to;
1. Prepare and process the procurement documents such as PO, PR, IRS, and Vouchers
2. Prepare and process the Driver’s Trip Ticket
3. Draft and prepare the accomplishment reports
4. Sorting and Filing of documents
5. Draft project proposal
