- Provide administrative & clerical support and assistance to the General Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager & other departments.

- Responsible for ensuring the availability of office supplies and oversees basic office maintenance such as managing office equipment and scheduling repairs.

- Professionally greeting and assisting guests, suppliers, or employees with inquiries and coordinating them to the proper department.

- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance. Assist employees and managers with other general administrative requests.
