Handling all documentation for Visa Processing & Forex (Germany, Italy, USA, UK, Singapore, China etc)

Handling & arranging of PC’s, mail-ID, ID cards, Mobile hand-sets, Laptop, Data Card etc for new joinees

Arranging & coordinating HR meets for the department (Team building program etc)
Mark mails to everyone regarding any internal communications
Arranging for Seminars & Training programs for the department organized by different Institutes.
maintaining the inward - outward couriers’ record for director & HOD
Duplicating, filing, recording and logging of data shared between departments
Assisting Project Head for all secretarial functions Flights & travels, appointments, meetings & managing Important files follow ups for Band 5 in project
Handling part of accounts- follow up for Payment for credit card phone bill
responsible for processing all correspondence from the department manager as well as opening and prioritizing all incoming information. She or he will also maintain records of all documentation, file materials, manage data entry and even set up databases and other relevant data information
