i. Responsible for procurement of contractors for
Projects & Fit-out department for appointment of
contractor’s worth of 31M.
ii. Includes pre-bid and post bid meetings, negotiations,
new vendor registration, placing purchase order,
maintaining budget tracker in line with project
department, follow-up on delivery, post award
variations, getting GRN booked and PO closeout.
Project: Phase 1 of Mudon Town Houses. Community
of 398 Precast Villas (3, 4 & 5 Bedroom). Project Value
AED 286 Million + Additional Works and Variations
61Million AED.
Responsibilities.
i. Post contract Client & subcontract management for
entire project.
ii. Procurement of subcontract items including
preparation of subcontract package, sending enquiry,
evaluating bids and making recommendations for
finalization of subcontractors.
iii. Preparing payment application to Client.

iv. Identifying variations to Main Contract and submitting to Consulting Engineer.
v. Preparing cost proposals for additional works as per
Bidding/ Tendering for international projects in Africa continent for countries like Ethiopia,
Angola, Gambia, Ghana, Mauritius.

Project: Seat of Government & Presidential Palace, Accra. 10 Acres of development
comprising of Cabinet Ministers Office Blocks, Presidential Palace, Servants Quarters,
Service Building, Ceremonial Ground, Link Tunnel & Infra Works. Project Value USD 76
Million.
