PROJECT ONGOING :- BOROUGE -FEED FOR HEXANE STORAGE TANK AT RUWAIS.UAE
Responsibilities :-
Prepared Unit Plot Plan and added New Unit Plot Plan in Existing Overall Plot Plan.
Prepared Equipment Layout of Hexane Storage Tank, Closed Drain Drum and Hexane Pumps.
Prepared Piping General Arrangement Drawings from Hexane Storage Tank to Pumps and at Tie-ins
located at other areas in plant as per P&ID.
Project Complited:- Basra Refinery, Iraq (Shell Project)
Software Used :- PDMS, AutoCAD
Responsibilities
-Prepared Equipment Layout as per Vendor Drawings.
-Prepared Piping Layout as per P&ID along with support with the help of Site Photos and Site Reports.
-Modelled Equipment, Piping Layout along with Support in PDMS.
1.Project Done :- NSRP Vietnam Refinery
Software Used :- PDS and SPR
Responsibilities
-Modelled Different Types of Equipment along with Safety Equipent as per Vendors Drawing.
-Modelled Piping Layout as per P&ID along with support
-Modelled piping support as per the requirement of strees.
2.Project Done :- Ichthys FPSO Project
Software Used :- PDMS and Navis Work
I have been assigned in Ichthys Floating Production and Storage Offloading Project
Responsibilities
Modelled Equipments like Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Separators, Vertical Vessels, and Safety Equipments,
Responsible for developing Layouts of Offshore Platform.
Marking Support Location for Stress lines.
MDS Support Modelling in PDMS as per Stress comments
Extracting Piping Isometrics for Stress, IFC etc..
