Job Profile:
Preparation of detailed design basic and specification.
Prepare and review instrumentation and control documents, Instrument index, Instrumentation I/O list,
Datasheet/ Specification.
Prepare and review of Calibration schedules/Records of Field Insrumentation.
Preparation of meter calculation based on the technical specification approved by the client, basis for Bill
of Material i.e calculation of Corolis, Vortex, Magnetic etc
Responsible for the design and development of instrumentation system for industrial facilities. This
includes the specification of industrial instrumentation, including the material to support installation.
Preparation and / or modification Instrument drawing, Instrumentation Specification, I/O wiring diagram,
P&ID, specification.
Project Controls, cost estimates, quality take offs and Manpower requirements for proposals, forecast and
change orders.
Develop technical tabulation to support the selection of instrumentation and control system.
Assist in the development of project schedule and manpower requirements
Review and checking of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
Provide support to procurement of instrument items.
Checking of Vendor Documents, Vendor Drawings, Quality Assurance Plan & Final inspection document
for Field Instruments & Gas Detectors.
Minimize pre‐production document approval cycle time by ensuring timely submission of documents.
Experience in working with multiple discipline projects with Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superior, colleagues and individuals
inside and outside company.
Designing of Wireless Network for LT, PT, TT at various sites. This includes Pre‐Installation review at site,
Location marking for installation of repeaters, gateways for smooth wireless communication.
Commissioning of all flow/Temperature/Pressure/Level Instruments at various sites.
Preparation of Instruments I/O List and BOM.
Selection of Instruments as per ISA standards
Inspection, Calibration, Installation, Loop checks, trial and Commissioning of complete Instrumentation at
site.
Project Controls, Cost estimates, quantity take‐offs and manpower requirement for proposals, forecasts
and change orders.
Assist other regions for completing their projects as per overall load in India region.
Develop technical tabulation to support the selection of field Instrumentation.
Hands on experience on configuring Instruments like Radar, Mass flow meters, Magnetic flow meters,
Vortex, Temperature transmitters, Pressure transmitters, wireless Instruments etc.
Assist in development of projects schedules and manpower requirement.
Checking vendor drawings, Quality assurance plan and final inspection documents of buyout items.
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing superiors, colleagues and individuals
Working knowledge of ISA standards and International codes
Project scheduling to match the customers requirement.
Timely execution and commissioning of instruments at site.
Preparing tracking schedule on MS Project.
