Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing Sourcing the candidates from diferent portals like Naukri, Shine jobs Sourcing candidates from Social Media Marketing like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Bulk WhatsApp.
Screening
Screened diferent profiles like Technical & Non-Technical & Support Level.
Interviewing Taking basic interview of the candidates for screening and shortlisted them for interview process.
Onboarding
• After the Selection of Candidates Use took look after onboarding Process, Joining Formalities, Documentation Part.
Walk-In Handling Handle Walk-In for Non-Technical & Technical profiles screening the profiles and taking interviews.
Team Handling Handling team of 2 members. Take morning meeting to assign the daily work and give them a basic target for the day. Took the continues follow up of their work. Motivate them to do their work in well manner to achieve their target.
Reporting Prepare the weekly and Monthly report on Excel Work on excel to save the extracted data from Naukri & Shine in well format. Make separate reporting of companies as per their profiles get progress like screening, short listing, Interviewing, scheduling, final feedback like wise.
