Responsibilities:
• Planning the delivery of the overall programs and their activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
• Drawing online marketing strategies
• Developing annual budgets and operating plans to support the programs and Managing change and the implementation of new programs
• Developing a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement and Participating in strategic planning and program development
• Coordinating and conducting outreach activities and Ensuring best practices are in place - with effective participant assessment, relevant program delivery - so that participant goals are met

1. My role also needs me to identify the right channels and develop a narrative that communicates our product's value. To reach out to customers often to provide great information on what the product should look like, whom the right set of customers are, and how to best sell to them. Once I refine our sales strategy, we start building a pipeline and gaining traction.

7. Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
8. Quantify the opportunity, craft a strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources against it. Analyze and segment different markets, and develop strategic business plans around them.
9. Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely.
