• Managing projects to strategically meet the organization business objectives by delivering projects on schedule, with high quality, and best safety records possible

• Collaborated with the pre-commissioning team on the commissioning operations for the newly constructed / modified systems to meet the vessel sailing schedules
• Liaised with QA / QC for the verification of the project ITP, procedures, and method statements on critical activities, and with yard safety inspectors for the preparation / evaluation of risk assessments for any critical operations
• Supervised and monitored the team of workers and the draughtsman in the course of work and adheres to drawing checking protocols and attended site check/verification
• Analyzed Jacket’s and Jack up’s using software such as STAAD Pro and GT Strudl
• Redesigned and analyzed the critical structural members
• Designed Pad-eye
