- Out sourcing for the ministry of interior in UAE for the main residence and immigration systems. Job Includes designing new modules and maintain bugs within systems. Plus technical consultation, integration with other systems, team leading and coordination.
Job Description in details:
• Analyze new operational procedures, identify problems and determine specific system requirements.
• Analyze user requirements and problems to develop new system requirements and improve existing applications.
• Develop process models, process work flow diagrams and applications functional specifications.
• Prepare the detailed specification of functional needs to develop or modify the existing application.
• Prepare estimations, planes and work distribution on team members and coordinate task and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the team Developers - In order To provide the relevant solutions .
• Follow up with the specific users of the implemented application to ensure that the application meets the end - users’ requirements / needs.
• Maintain relationship with internal IT consultants, management and decision makers, and coordination with external providers (IT services).
• Develop modules using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, forms and reports.
• Provide analytical and statistical data studies from the application raw data.
Jobs done and responsibilities:
- Customize an interface between Oracle 11i application and the Etisalat Commercial Systems, especially the Material Management System (MMS), In Etisalat (UAE telecommunication).And developed customized reports such as audit trail reports.
- Work with the ECE team in GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority) project, creating new custom modules forms and reports as (Banking investment, Post system, Archiving, and Legal Affairs).
