Present Position: Senior Revit/Cad Technician
Job Profile:
• Responsible for the Design and Drafting of Plumbing and Fire Fighting (Sprinkler and Hydrant) layouts, Fire Pump Room Layouts, Preparation of water supply, storm water design layout and Schematic diagrams.
• Have good experience in relevant design software such as Auto CAD & REVIT.
• Responsible for Basic design calculations.
• Coordination with other MEP services, Architecture, ID and structural.
• Work within time limits to complete deliverables on time.
• Share knowledge and experience with other staff in the section and organisation particularly to help develop more junior staff.
• Responsible for the QA QC checking of drawings.
• Ensure quality standards in delivering design works.
• Have good communication skills.

Responsible for the design, drafting & coordination •Design & drafting of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting drawings.
Drafting of HVAC and Electrical services which includes lighting layout, power, telephone, fire alarm etc
Drafting of district cooling drawings.
Drafting of Road layouts, Profiles, Setting out plan, Sign & Road Markings, survey drawings, services layouts, drainage and sewerage drawings.
• Responsible for all assigned projects from the interception to the detail design stage including concept designs, preliminary and detailed design drawings, Municipality submissions and tender documentation.
• Responsible for all drafting work and coordination of services.
• Responsible for preparing Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting drawings.
• Duties involve day-to-day work allocation and supervision of Junior CAD operators and improving / maintaining & producing standards and quality of presentation.
