Assisting the executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
Assisting the executive recruiter in screening candidate résumés.
Conducting initial phone screenings.
Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
Managing the résumé database.
*Call prospects / existing customers and explain to them about the various offers and how they add value, persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service.
*Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer problems and finding best solutions to resolve them.
*Study customer usage pattern and facilities availed and pitch the products accordingly.
• Handling a leadership role of managing a rental counter & its operation.
• Greeting customers professionally and creating the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Preparing daily reports and rental agreements .
• Coordinating with drivers and other staffs for the smooth running of the counter operations
• Assisting to resolve customer complaints and responding to customer queries through phone, email and face-to-face interaction..
• Handling and keeping records of petty cash expenses
*Contacting various prospects by telephone or email
*Providing awareness and developing interest in the upcoming event of the firm
*Persuading them to register for the event
*Conduct telephonic surveys and tele-marketing
*Collect information through emails and other sources
* Data entry
