1- Provide the sales team with required assistance.
2- Follow up with customers regarding orders deliveries, documents, requirements regarding, product, problems and service questions: Preparing required documents (invoices, Delivery orders, etc.), coordinating with the warehouses regarding to related orders &mood of shipment (EXW, DDP, etc.), allocating the required batches of each product needs to be delivered to the customers.
3- Prepare, implement sales & marketing reports for the range of products ( Plus all quarters reports for Amman office ).
4- Conduct market analysis when required.
5-Handle administrative responsibilities (including HR for Amman office ).
6-Account Receivable and supply chain.
7-Using ERP system.

7- Settle advance for branches.
