Responsibilities & deliverables:
• Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, in-store animations
• Program management and execution - manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs.
• Timeline management, budget, and program analysis. Lead all marketing spending forecasting; allocate and manage brand budgets.
• Delivering that products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers.
• Monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
• Regular meeting with clients and senior management
• Overseeing a team of Beauty Specialist and Sales Representatives
• Customer/Trade Marketing Support: facilitate the selling process, including assisting in developing our sales strategy, creating sales presentations, analyzing relevant market data
