Preparing and organizing legal correspondence and other documents in a paper or electronic filing system for attorneys, Meeting with clients and professionals to talk about case details, preparing briefs, wills, contract and other legal documents. In addition to managing the general operations of the office which includes greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, coordinating appointments and meeting and managing staff calendars and schedules, purchasing office supplies and creating presentations and other management levels reports.
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation office, carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication, organizing department events and projects.
Generate and qualify leads via phone and email, schedule sales appointments and activities, close sales by means of excellent customers service, develop strategies for more effective sales closing, maintain positive business and customer relationship to prolong customer life time value, source and develop client referrals, meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
