Develops and plans the events strategy and its

Manage all public relations activities on a day-to-
day basis according to the agreed plan
Dealing with both corporate and project specific

Branding ( Management of advertising materials)
Co-ordinate with advertising agencies on designs / artworks.
Manage and co-ordinate graphics design and installation on all onsite hoardings
Co-ordinate and manage the branding of various internal and external signage / advertising panels
Finalize the design and liaise with the advertising agency.
Manage the procurement process with regards to quotes and coordinate approvals with various suppliers.
Raise purchase request based on final negotiations with the suppliers.
Management of delivery, storage and implementation of all marketing materials ( includes sales models)

Administration
Work closely with IT on enhancing JGE Website features and content updates
Management of all marketing administration (print and online) and ensures all files are updated
Delivers required reports within allocated time
Delivers PPT presentations as required brief
Ensures all the required documentation is submit to JGE Procurement and filed for marketing reference
Ensures all set KPI’s for agencies are met and send updated monthly report to the head of marketing
Work closely with social media team to ensure all set KPI’s (content and engagement) are met. When needed management of all JGE social media platforms.
