Asset & Operation Phase
• Ensure that safety and health measures are adhered to on site with zero safety violations.
• In charge of the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating and monitoring of resources such as labor, tools and technical assistants as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. Supervisor has extensive experience in the Repair/Maintenance/Operation of Power Generation (gas/steam turbines) and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for Turbine auxiliary systems and equipment: lubrication system, hydraulic system, hydraulic starter system, liquid fuel system (Fuel Oil Separators), natural gas system, cooling system gas systems, inlet air system and cooling system. Workplace Colombia.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for Power Plant auxiliary systems and equipment: Fuel System (Westfalia separators), Cooling Water System, Water Plant and Gas Pressure Regulated System - GPRS, firefighting system
• Perform preventive maintenance of Electrical Generator. Brush. Filter Changes, Maintenance to lubrication pups.
Major Maintenance
• Upgrade existing LM5000 gas turbine in Termoocoa with a newer model LM6000 that has higher simple cycle output and eficiency. Perform work as Turbine Mechanics under supervision of General Electric - G.E.
• Support for Borescope Inspection for LM5000, LM6000 and LM2500 Gas Turbines.
• Hot Section Maintenance. For LM5000 and LM6000. Maintenance performed 12, 500 Hours in operation with Diesel and 25, 000 Hours in operation with Natural Gas. Perform work as Turbine Mechanics under supervision of General Electric - G.E.
• Major Maintenance. For LM5000 and LM6000. Maintenance performed 25, 000 Hours in operation with Diesel and 50, 000 Hours in operation with Natural Gas. Perform work as Turbine Mechanics under supervision of General Electric - G.E.
• Supervise installation of gas station. 900 Psi Carry out hydrostatic tests on gas line with nitrogen at a pressure of 1, 000 Psi.
