Role: Power Plant Engineer (Utility 6MW & 16 MW Operation & Maintenance)
o Operation of 6 MW power plant
o Operation and preventive maintenance
o Regular analyzing of organizations Electrical Load Consumption with Ratios and analysis.
o Experience in Operation Maintenance of DG Set Up to 1200 KVA, Battery Bank & Different types Circuit Breakers & Control.
Project execution, scheduling of material and man power planning
o Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operation, why-why report preparation
o Maintain updating of daily work progress, monthly performance report preparation
o Work with kizen, 3S system
o Boiler, ESP, RO maintenance
o Preparing Rolling Plan as per site conditions, drawings in hand & materials availability.
o Handling VFD, Drives, H.V & L.T panels
o Preparing Engineering Services Billing for both Client & Contractor as per progress completed by Engineering Team Certification.
o Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.
o HT PCCs and switchgears consisting of ABB and Siemens make SF6 and VCBs. 8 MW 33/11KV Switch Yard & 8 MW Power Plant on 11kv VCB maintenance.
