Single handedly got approvals from government bodies, got the product introduced in tenders and tracked every major project that used stainless steel rebars. Developed business of over 30000 t in 1st year itself.
Complete country operations management, including sales and business development of engineering steel long products produced by the parent company in Germany, warehousing, logistics, Just In Time deliveries.
Customer support including technical consulting, order management, receivables management.
Market analysis and MIS reporting.
Team management including employee appraisals.
Managing statutory obligations for the company.
Responsible for P&L and overall performance of the subsidiary unit.
Responsible for sales and promotion of Electrical steel laminations for Transformer Industry across India.
Responsible for supply chain of automotive sheet blanks for Mahindra & Mahindra Auto division. This included procurement planning and source development from local and overseas suppliers of special steel, and smooth supply to M&M Auto.
Receivables management.
Responsible for sales and marketing of steel long products to automotive vendors in the western region of India.
