 Verify and authorize general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
 Verifying monthly accruals and adjusting entries, and generating recurring entries wherever necessary.
 Posting of vouchers to system (Cash Receipts & Payments, Petty Cash Vouchers, and Bank Receipts & Payments) & Recording of inter-company Bank transactions and Bank reconciliations.
 Prepare cash flow statement for the current month and the forthcoming months to ensure that at no point of time company faces cash crunch and defaults in payment obligations.
 Reconcile and prepare supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts.
 Supervise maintenance of proper filing and records for the purpose of statutory audits.
 Prepare and report various monthly management accounts to the management as part of routine work, which includes use of various management accounting tools and reports includes MIS on AR (Collection & Aging) and AP(Vendors Aging payables), P/L and Balance sheets to review the performances.
 Supervision of (both in ERP and Ms Excel) Telegraphic Transfer, Inter-account Fund transfer and other Banking activities.
 Provides analyses of financial data needed in fiscal and budgetary planning.
 Preparation of periodic Bank Reconciliation Statements and Cash Flow statements.
 Preparation of periodic Trial Balance, Income statements and Balance sheet and Cash flow statements for different cost centers.
 Performed special assignments on customer profitability, product profitability and costing methodology.
 Preparation of Budget on Annual basis & revising it on quarterly of the year for consistency.
 Compare the proposed budgets with previous years actual to spot trends and unusual happenings.
 Compile data on operating expenses other overheads and incorporate them into the sales and margin figures provided by the line management, for them to review their projection and finalize the budget.

 Providing information on costs and highlighting variances on expenses and usages.
 Preparation of Budget on Annual basis & revising it on quarterly of the year for consistency.
