Day to day functions:
Housekeeping management
• Planning, organizing and directing housekeeping members to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Keep tracker of different types of training to housekeeping team
• Organized best employee award for housekeeping staff every quarterly.
Vendor management
• Searching new vendor for different type of work as per requirement
• Making

• Providing all vendor work schedule on an yearly basis
• Maintaining AMC and keep track of service/maintenance records,
• Ensure stock for stationary items comparative statement of quotation from different vendor
• Checking all the necessary documents of vendors before making on board
• Negotiate about the rates and time frame of work with different vendors
• Check the work done nearby location of vendor
• Ensure vendors bills are been, printing of books, and forms as per the requirements,
Cafeteria / Pantry managment
• Ensure canteen vendor serves different types of menu on daily basis
• Keeping different festivals in canteen (e.g. :- Pizza day, Popcorn day, etc)
• Daily check up of kitchen equipments, Dishwasher and Benmeri
• Ensure deep cleaning done of complete cafeteria weekly basis
Client visits
• Handling client visits of other projects
• Make sure all arrangements are been completed before the client arrives(eg- Welcome kit, Availability of board room, Conference room, Lunch, & Gifts)
• Take review of all the arrangements from Project director/Manager
Asset Management
• Keeping a record of all asset,
• Provide numbering to all individual assets
• Ensure old assets are been scrapped after managements approvals
• Reviewing the assets on an quarterly basis
• Helping auditors to review the assets on an yearly basis
Guest house
• Providing guest house to individuals after approvals
• Make sure the guest house is been kept clean and hygiene for the guest
• Keep track of petty expenses for guest house
Others
• Coordinates events (Family, Annual day, Open house ), conferences, meetings, etc,
• Bookings of meeting room at office premises for different departments,
• Organized decoration of complete office for different festive occasion,
