• Process testing for LV cables, Building wires, Conductors according to the DUCAB/BICC standards.
• Conducting type tests & process trials in coordination with DUCAB R&D.
• Quarterly BASEC, LPCB approval audits and in house product testing.
• Daily activity reports and test of raw material and issuing production.
• Assuring all cables that made is up to the standards and meeting the quality.
• Preparing and scrutinizing audit reports, Issue of Test Certificates.
• Fault location on Cable lengths.
• Documenting log books, ERP results, calibration records etc.
• Test of Bare conductors that include ACSR, AAC, and AAAC.
• Carrying out 5s, six sigma, kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
• Analysis of new developed samples and approvals.
• Improve customer satisfaction with respect to product quality
• High level of competence using ERP software’s such as SAP, CORDY’s, MOVICON etc to create automated reports.
• Advanced user in Microsoft Office
• Electrical Drawing using AutoCAD, MATLAB, Editing software- Photoshop
