SALES DEVELOPMENT
Ensures maximize sales and achives monthly sales target.
Analyses sales report.
Analyses out of stock items slow sellers and fast moving items.
Lead the store team in planning and organizing additional
opportunities to promote sales.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
Checks and monitor standard of indoor visual display.
Ensures up to date "look" of window displays.
Drives and heads sales floor presentation, house keeping and replinishment principles as per brand standards.
Ensures that guidlines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance are being followed.
STOCK CONTROL
Implement safety and security control measures.
Ensures that stores is within predefined yearly stock loss target.
Orients staff on stock loss awareness/issue
Continuously seeking opportunities to reduce stock loss.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Assist in efficient supervision and administration of all staff concern
Recommends staff areas of training needs
Monitor staff performance
STORE OPERATION
Ensures daily bank deposit, petty cash control and liquidation.
Checks stock transfers and inventory document.
Checks customer item return/exchange/discount/promotion
Support management decisions, requirments.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities.
HOUSE KEEPING
Ensures the Section is neat and clean
Ensures garments are well steamed and looking good.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Greets the customers with smile and enthuasism .
Understand the customer needs and requirments.
Satisfy the customer needs and finalyse the sales.
Suggests additional items and increases the basket value.
Thank the customer and giude them to other section if reqire.
INVENTORY
Ensures all the items are available without misiing sizes.
Replenishes stocks.
Identifies the fast/slow moving items and order the fast selling items.
Maintain all incoming outgoing stock transfer document.
Prepare monthly brand report and submit to store manager.
