 Timely reconciliation of GL accounts and Walk-in accounts.
 Ensure 100% awareness about the Bank’s operations manual/ Desk Instructions manuals and regulations of Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
 Ensure a very good rating for audit reports and rectification of all audit comments avoiding repeat audit comments.
 Ensure staff attends scheduled training sessions and all staff trained in their work areas.
 Closing of all unproductive current accounts.
 Ensure to minimize mandate returns in the branch. The maximum mandate return ratio should be 5% of the total mandates generated from the branch
